The Program Administrator for the Cultural Assets Commission is responsible for implementing and managing all aspects of the Cultural Assets Commission grants program. As this is a new program, the Program Administrator will play a key role in utilizing existing Hillsborough County procedures to facilitate the organization of the Commission in the start-up phase and will serve going forward as the primary liaison to the Commission. The Program Administrator will also plan and implement a fundraising strategy for the Cultural Assets Commission and oversee all marketing and public relations initiatives. This is an unclassified, exempt position that reports to the Executive Director of the Arts Council.
A Bachelor's Degree; and Five years of experience in project management which must have included contracts, grants and resource development, preferably in a cultural arts environment.
