Vail takes great pride in their work, while also taking great pleasure in the unique Vail lifestyle. The relaxed, dog-friendly office is full of camaraderie (and snacks), and the job comes with such perks as Play Outside / Powder days, a reasonable work schedule, and a subsidized ski pass. And during the summertime while the festival is on, the work is intense and the energy is infectious.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, collaborative, and organized to take on the responsibilities of the marketing coordinator. We need someone who has drive, passion, dedication, and high standards for the work they do. We need someone who thrives on thinking collaboratively and creatively about interesting ways to position our programs and artists across a variety of channels. We need a multi-tasking ninja. Someone who is comfortable with (and thrives on) a variety of tasks and responsibilities; someone who has the ability to prioritize and optimize efficiencies, and someone who can gracefully shift priorities when circumstances change.
This person must have the ability to think outside the box—crafting compelling content for our social channels or coming up with a creative solution to a problem—and also have a logical mind for managing collateral development, creating timelines, and tracking KPIs (key performance indicators).
Bravo! Vail has a strong culture of committed, positive, passionate individuals who achieve excellence through our collaboration and passion for the arts. We strongly encourage candidates to apply who feel they can thrive in this environment and enrich this unique culture. What You’ll Do:

Education marketing. Manage education and community engagement marketing plans and collateral production.
Archiving. Archive Bravo marketing materials annually and create and manage arts marketing collateral library.
