Pittsburgh Filmmakers, Inc./Pittsburgh Center for the Arts(PF/PCA) seeks to hire a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In 2006, these two iconic cultural institutions merged to become a leader in education and exhibition for the visual arts in Southwestern PA. In the past year, an Interim Executive Director and a committed Board of Directors have embraced a renewed sense of purpose and value on the programs offered to the community. The Board, volunteers, staff and community are engaged and energized about the future of the organization.
The newly created position of CEO will be a transformative leader that drives the organization to achieve its mission through the integration of Filmmakers and the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts in its shared services, staffing, programs, and facilities while maintaining the unique cultures that define media arts and studio arts. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and supervise an overall staff of 28 full-time and 28 part-time professionals, with four direct reports, and an operating budget of $4 Million.
