Breckenridge Creative Arts (BCA) seeks a Senior Director of Programs + Partnerships to conceptualize, contract and implement visual, craft and performing arts programming for BCA, an entity that serves as both cultural facility manager and multi-disciplinary arts presenter. Reporting to and working closely with the President/CEO, the Senior Director of Programming + Partnerships is a senior level management position responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and coherent programming plan that is market-driven, builds diverse audiences for various genres and disciplines, as well as strengthens BCA’s ties to the community it serves. The incumbent will have extensive experience in arts programming, an interdisciplinary curatorial practice, a wide knowledge of contemporary visual and performing arts, an extensive network of artists and industry colleagues, and a deep understanding of the course and curriculum needs for a multi-disciplinary arts campus.
