Western State Colorado University seeks a part-time, Office Support Coordinator for our Master in Gallery Management, Exhibits Specialization program.
Duties:The Office Support Coordinator (OSC) provides broad administrative and admissions support to the Master in Gallery Management&Exhibits Specialization program. The OSC assists in the financial management of the department, including the execution of all purchasing, payments, expense tracking and budget maintenance. The OSC provides admissions, application processing and student adivising support in collaboration with the School of Graduate Studies. The OSC provides verbal and written communication to internal and external university stakeholders.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software, including Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to interact in an effective and appropriate manner with diverse populations, the University community, and the public.
Preferred Qualifications: Exemplary oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Banner and Hobsons-Radius or similar platforms. Prior experience in higher education. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Additional Application Information:Salary: Position is currently 8 hours per week; the starting rate is $15.50 per hour.
