We are looking to expand our team in our busy café and bar in Ballard at the Nordic Museum.
We aim to complement the Nordic Museum's mission by showcasing Nordic Foods and Nordic Spins on local NW food.

Cooks: This is a line-cook type role.
We have a tight menu that pairs well with our small kitchen footprint.
Our kitchen is large enough for 2 cooks to bang out lunch.
We are fairly busy at lunch and we need people who know how to push out food while maintaining quality.
Expect to serve 150 - 200 tickets daily centered around a hectic lunch rush.
We welcome applicants who have an interest in helping create menu items or in pickling.
We are mostly looking for a full timer, but have scheduling room for a part-timer as well.
You must be 18 or older to work as a cook at Freya.
Cooks are included in the tip pool at Freya, which should continue to range between $3.50 and $5 per hour in addition to wages listed above.
